The goal of this inquiry-based course is to answer the question "how do advanced instructional technologies impact learning"? The focus of the course is the exploration of advanced technologies which include the use of more sophisticated applications of digital video, audio, and web pages to engage learners in new ways to gain and share knowledge. This seminar is designed to assist students in identifying, analyzing and evaluating exemplary practices in the uses of advanced instructional technologies. The course aims to provide you with background theory on blended learning, digital literacy and a hands on experience designing and developing a blended learning environment for your classroom including a digital media educational project.
